Three Branscomb Law Lawyers Named 2011 Texas Rising Stars®

Three Branscomb Law attorneys, Omar Leal, Marco Longoria, and Shannon Wilde have been named to the 2011 Texas Rising Stars®.

Mr. Leal’s practice focuses on estate planning and probate. He assists clients with wealth preservation issues, including estate and gift tax planning, asset protection, incapacity planning and business succession.

Mr. Longoria is recognized for his tax practice. He advises clients with complex federal, state and local tax issues including the tax-related aspects of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and closely-held businesses.

Mr. Wilde’s practice focuses on business and real estate law. He serves as outside general counsel to businesses and advises clients with mergers and acquisitions including multi-million dollar assets, businesses, and retail, commercial or industrial properties.
