Branscomb Law Welcomes Francesca Scanio Stacey and Paloma Perez

Branscomb Law is pleased to welcome Francesca Scanio Stacey and Paloma Perez to our San Antonio office.

Francesca Scanio Stacey joins the firm as Senior Counsel in our Estate Planning, Probate, and Tax Group. Francesca focuses on trust tax planning, business tax planning, and probate matters, and is also a trained mediator. She brings extensive experience to our team, including more than a decade of practicing law alongside her family.

Paloma Perez joins Branscomb Law as an Associate in our Real Estate and Business Group. Her practice focuses on transactional matters, including commercial contracts, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and due diligence. Paloma brings a strong background in business and real estate law and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
