BRANSCOMB LAW Adds Heather Lucas

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Heather Lucas has rejoined BRANSCOMB LAW. Heather was previously with the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group from 2013 to 2014 and returns as a member of that group. She will focus on representing clients in a variety of matters, including wage and hour, non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secrets disputes, as well as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases. She will also advise clients regarding compliance with federal and state employment laws and assist them in preparing employment agreements and employee manuals to meet their needs.
