Allison E. Moore, Labor & Employment Lawyer, has been published in the Federal Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section’s Newsletter: The Labouring Oar, March, 2015 Edition. The article focuses on the Department of Justice’s new initiative regarding the application of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to websites and mobile applications posted by businesses that do not maintain a “brick and mortar” establishment, providing advice to forward-thinking employers that want to stay compliant and competitive in the marketplace.
