Jesse Nation is an associate with the firm’s Oil, Gas & Energy Group. Jesse’s practice focuses on protecting property, mineral and leasehold interests. He has experience representing exploration and production companies on a variety of upstream transactions and landowners in pipeline easement negotiations and other surface right matters.
Jesse is a published author on Texas natural resources law, environmental law and takings law. Before joining Branscomb Law, he served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Kathryn H. Vratil of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, was a summer associate at a patent litigation firm and was a legal intern in the Topeka City Attorney’s Office.
