Shannon M. Wilde represents business owners.  He serves as outside general counsel for business clients and practices in the areas of business and real estate law. Shannon’s practice also includes mergers and acquisitions work, the formation, organization and restructuring of businesses, and he regularly advises both for-profit and non-profit organizations on best practices in corporate governance.

Shannon is fluent in Spanish and has negotiated many international transactions including deals in Mexico and Latin America.
