James “J.D.” Egbert is a Member of Branscomb Law and an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Group. He handles a wide range of civil litigation matters for individuals and businesses from single-member LLCs to Fortune 500 companies. He assists businesses with everything from unpaid invoices to complex theft of trade secret cases. He represents individuals and businesses in commercial and residential construction disputes. He handles oil and gas matters, such as contract disputes, mineral liens, and accounting disputes for both royalty and working interest owners. J.D. will zealously advocate on your behalf whether your civil litigation matter is large or small.
