Emily Arnold is an attorney with the firm’s Litigation Group. Her primary practice focuses on labor and employment. Emily represents employers across a variety of industries in all stages of employment litigation before federal and state courts, as well as governmental agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, OSHA, and National Labor Relations Board. Emily counsels employers on best practices and compliance with employment laws and has advised clients on a broad range of employment issues, including accommodations and leaves; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; recruiting and hiring; performance management and discipline; wage and hour issues; and workplace investigations. At the end of the day, her goal is to help clients avoid the courtroom by preventing and mitigating disputes.

Emily’s practice also includes fiduciary and contested probate litigation.

Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Emily loves spending time outdoors with her family.
