He assists clients with a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business counseling. Barrett has experience with corporate entity formation, entity conversions, commercial contract review, and general corporate work.

Experience
Before joining Branscomb Law, Barrett developed a passion for corporate transactional law through a Private Mergers and Acquisitions course, which allowed him to cultivate corporate drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
Personal
Barrett grew up in Amarillo, Texas, where he learned to love literature, history, and all things automotive. After a short stint in Nashville, he returned to Texas and now resides in Austin with his wife, Jenna.
