Mariana Garza is an attorney with the firm’s Litigation Group. She advises clients on a wide range of civil and commercial legal issues, from pre-litigation investigation through trial. In her 10+ years of practice, Mariana has emerged as a versatile and dynamic trial lawyer, briefing and arguing legal issues in the areas of personal injury, oil and gas matters, contract disputes, business crimes, warranty, and employment law. Her focus on achieving the best results for clients is behind her strong success record. Although litigation is her primary focus, Mariana’s skillset allows her to serve clients in a broader role: As a trusted advisor who will handle their legal matters with pragmatism and innovation to deliver maximum success at minimal inconvenience and cost. As a commercial litigator, Mariana recognizes that businesses generally need to stay out of court and often need to conclude matters quickly. She works to achieve expeditious and effective solutions that move clients’ broader business goals forward.
Mariana’s practice also includes bankruptcy litigation, restructuring, reorganization, creditor representation, and workouts.
