Alexandra (Allie) Brak is an associate in the firm’s Business Group. She assists clients with a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business counseling. Allie has experience with corporate entity formation, entity conversions, commercial contract review, and general corporate work.

As a former All-American collegiate volleyball player, Allie continues her love for the game by playing in local beach volleyball tournaments and coaching women’s club volleyball.
